This is the theories section! Here you will find several different theories! They all pertain to The Noid's whereabouts, and why he isn't on TV anymore! Keep in mind that these are only theories! Speculation! Don't believe everything you read as fact!

Theory #1

Rights Were Sold To Arby's

This one might be true, but I doubt it! I could see Arby's possibly buying the rights to The Noid from Domino's, because Arby's has never succeeded in creating their own advertising mascot! So for them to buy an already established, proven popular mascot, would be quite reasonable! But to my knowledge, they have never aired a commercial featuring The Noid! Why pay all that money for the rights to The Noid if they aren't going to make any new commercials? The only explanation I can provide is that Arby's advertising executives ultimately decided to hold off, fearing that the fans would never except The Noid in anything non-Domino's! If this is true, and anybody affiliated with Arby's is reading my website, please listen: we don't mind if it's not Domino's! Trust me, I think I speak for everyone when I say that!

Theory #2

He Died

This theory states that The Noid simply died. I have recieved several e-mails saying "I THINK THE NOID DIED!!!!11"...I don't know what to think! Are they saying the actual character died, or the person who writes the commercials died, or the voice talent who provided the Noid's voice died, or what? The theory is way to vague to hold any credibility in my eyes!

Theory #3

He Faked His Death

Again, I don't know what to think! This is just like Theory #2, because I don't know what they mean! I need specifics, people! Are they talking about the voice guy or the director or what? Why would they fake their death, anyway? That makes no sense!

Theory #4

Became A Matress Salesman

It is said by many that The Noid was tired of being a mascot, and settled down with his family to become a matress salesman in Texas! This theory was debunked recently, when it was found out that The Noid is just a fictional character, not a real guy!

Theory #5

The Noid's Commercials Were Failing To Sell An Appropriate Amount of Pizza's Per Business Quarter, And As A Result, Domino's Decided To Ditch The Noid And Go In A Different, More Contemporary Advertising Direction

This scenario is the most likely! It is a confirmed fact that Domino's profits were down 24 percent in the second business quarter(in the year when The Noid's commercials last aired) than in the same spring period from the previous year! Because of this, we can assume that the declining sales played a major part in the removal of The Noid commercials as Domino's primary means of advertising!
